Instructions for repairing an airbag control unit in our company

Please note that work on the airbag system may only be performed by qualified specialist personnel!

Procedure

1. Have the airbag control unit to be checked or repaired removed from the vehicle.
2. Fill out the repair order form above for checking and repairing your airbag control unit on your PC.
3. Print out the form and pack it together with the control unit in a stable cardboard box.
4. Fill any empty spaces with e.g. newspaper.
5. Send the shipment with the repair order and control unit to us insured. For example as a DHL parcel.

Alternatively, if you require collection by UPS for an additional charge, the control unit will be collected from you. Please send us the completed repair order in advance by fax or e-mail so that we can arrange the pick-up. The collection usually takes place on the same day.
