Error code B1650:00-89 indicates that a non‑erasable crash record, also known as a Crash Record, is stored in the airbag control unit (SRCM). This entry is permanently saved in the module’s memory after a collision or an accidental deployment and disables the entire airbag system, which is signaled by the illuminated warning light.
