Error code B91 indicates a serious internal fault in the airbag control unit that impairs the module’s functionality and communication. This error is typically triggered by electronic damage on the circuit board or by crash data stored after an accident, preventing the entire airbag system from functioning properly.
Technically speaking, code B91 means the control unit’s internal self-diagnosis has detected a critical anomaly. The module can no longer perform its tasks, such as monitoring sensors and preparing to deploy the airbags. This is a specific fault often encountered during airbag control unit repairs and requires thorough electronic analysis.
