The error code P3107/215, especially in the form P3107-215, indicates a critical loss of communication between the airbag control unit and other key vehicle systems. This primarily affects the connection to the parking brake control module or the power management control ECU. As a result, the airbag system can no longer reliably perform its safety functions.
